The first step and one of the most important,  in the Painting process.  Bodies come through the body shop and are cleaned, degreased  and phosphated to prepare for the electrocoating.  The electrocoating applies an anti-corrosive primer by dipping the car body in an electrically conductive bath.  Twin City Fan offers a wide variety of fans using 304, 316 and special alloys to withstand this harsh environment.
